Another upcoming talent too look out for here. He goes by the name of XL Da King who the homie Jesse Brown just introduced me too and within minutes I had material coming my way. Here goes a track which has not dropped yet but will be on the above tape. XL is from Kansas City, Missouri in the States. First impression off this man is very good so expect to see alot more from him. Hit the jump too see the video for his track “Like Aye”.
Off “Trap-A-Veli 2″ mixtape. The strongest half off Playaz Circle recruits Cash Money’s Yo Gotti for the feature. I love the beat on this one. Pretty nice track overall to be fair.
With the feature with Sean Garrett dropping and the hilarious interview we posted I decided to go with a Drake track for the throwback track of the day. I have gone for “Sooner Than Later” which for me is his best song he recorded. Been listening to this song alot lately as it is perfect for the situation I am in. I hope you enjoy it.
Dropped ages ago without French. One of the hardest beats I have ever heard on this one. Shit definately knocks. This will apparently appear on French’s new mixtape “Coke Boys”.
Another Drama-less track off “1140:The Overdose”. This was my fav joint off the tape and it’s made ten times better without tags. Produced by Tha Bizness. Shouts to DGB.
I am not a massive Cudi fan but a snippet of this dropped a few weeks back then the tagged dropped a few hours ago but here goes the tagless. This will appear on his album “Man On The Moon II” which has been pushed back till October 26th.
He took a break after the release off his succesfull tape “Since 1989″ but Jay Burna is back with some new material. It’s called “The Greatest”. Has a few tags but nothing too serious. I’m sure Burna will be dropping alot more material now he has enjoyed his little vacation.
“Lime Light Exclusives” dropped a fourteen track tape today of never heard before music although I had heard Ross’s verse they put on there everyhting else is new/unreleased so I take my hats off to them. Despite the lame ass tags they use. Here goes the Sean Garrett & Drake collab they dropped.
Tagless treatment from Pill’s previous tape “1140: The Overdose” which was hosted by DJ Drama. This joint is definately one to ride too, made better by not having the lame Drama tags. Props to DGB .
First we had Big Sean on this, then it was Mr.Porter now it’s Mouse’s turn and yes he kills it. Love this track right here. Joe Budden is seriously underrated. Matter of fact both of these are.
Went for an old skool classic from Kurupt today for the throwback. This track is still played daily by me and is up there in my top ten tracks off all time. Real gangsta shit here, now C-Walk homie.
New track from Playaz Circle it’s called “Issues” and features Young Buck. Buck’s verse is the highlight off the song. Not a big fan off Playaz Circle.
